Shipping Details (Domestic)

Packaging: Each product is carefully cushioned and securely packed in a sturdy shipper box to ensure safe delivery.

Order Processing: All International orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Timeline: Expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days after dispatch.

Packaging: Each product is carefully cushioned and securely packed in a sturdy shipper box to ensure safe delivery.
Delivery Notifications:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and a WhatsApp message with the tracking number and the courier company’s name. You can use this information to track your shipment online.

Deliveries will occur between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. A signature will be required upon delivery.
Shipping Charges:

We provide free shipping across India on all orders.
- Shipping charges for international orders calculated at checkout.
Out-of-Stock Items:

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss alternatives.

Please note that we accept pre-orders for products out of stock and you will be informed on its next availability within 15 days.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Just One, we do not offer refunds. However, vouchers may be processed under specific conditions outlined below:
General Guidelines:

If your product arrives tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting images.

Customer request is vetted and approved by our team.
Important Notes:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or damaged products after delivery.

Damages due to neglect, improper use, or incorrect application will not qualify for a voucher.

No refunds are provided once the goods have been sold.
